What do I do?
As a Director on the small but mighty Strategic Initiatives team, I work to successfully verify, incubate, and launch growth initiatives via new markets, new personas, and product extensions. What is Squarespace?
Squarespace exists to help people with creative ideas stand out and succeed through a modern platform that enables millions to build a brand, share their stories, and transact with their customers in an impactful and beautiful online presence.

What did I do?
My journey at Squarespace began on the Marketing team, where I led customer acquisition efforts across programmatic, digital, and brand channels. After helping scale the digital marketing function, I moved over to the Strategy team to take on various initiatives to grow distribution channels across core and emerging products. This included leading Squarespace’s university program, relaunching a referral partner network, and managing a rapidly growing and nuanced enterprise pipeline. I then turned my attention to building a profitable business line through the development of a creative services marketplace to connect our community of creative professionals (Squarespace Circle) with do-it-for-me customers.

What else should you know?
My time at Squarespace had me wearing the hats of a marketer, a business strategist, product manager, and all around growth specialist. I had the chance to connect with some of the most interesting and exciting companies around the world while working with an extraordinary group of colleagues on a product that I believe in.
